I just got done making this, and had to get on to rate it. I am fairly new to hummus, as I am slowly changing my eating habits to lose weight. looking for low fat, low calorie ways to dip my veggies, crackers and chips in. I did follow some reccomendations of other reviewers. I added some lemon juice, cut down cumin , and added some basil. OMG this was fantastic, I could hardly stop from taste testing it.again and again, and again. Even as I am typing this the flavor still lingers, tantalizing my mouth. Which I think will help because the flavor will keep reminding me I had a snack, and it is staying with you. Thanks so much for posting will be making this often
