This recipe is a keeper. I made some changes. I don't use ketchup so didn't have any. The cooked shrimp were from a frozen shrimp cocktail so I used the cocktail sauce instead of ketchup. I used fresh ginger, as another reviewer suggested(I like it better also.) I added a bag of frozen Birdseye Broccoli Stir fry, I put the veg in first and let it cook and the pan dry out. Then added the garlic and scallions. I was afraid of overcooking the cooked shrimp, so I put them in at the very last second, even after the sauce, and just stirred through to warm the shrimp and coat with sauce. I served it over rice. Yummy!
