Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

These cookies are wonderful. I did add an extra teaspoon of cinnamon, but other than that I stuck to the recipe exactly. I didn't have any problem with them spreading too flat like some other reviewers wrote. They were a little crunchy on the edges and the middles were soft and chewy. The last 2 batches I actually flatten out a bit and those were the cookies that I liked the best. I thought they were perfect and would definitely make again.

Southern Pimento Cheese

I just made this. I did leave out the jalapenos and reduced the mayo to 1/3 cup. It was very good but...for me, I thought it was just too much cream cheese. Almost every recipe that I came across said to add the same amount (8 oz.). I will definitely make again and not use all of the cream cheese and keep the mayo at 1/2 cup and see if I like it better.

Savory Crescent Chicken

I have also been making this for years and I also call them "Chicken Squares". I make them the same way except I have never used pimentos and I fold them into a square. I will try the pimentos to see if I like them that way. I have always made a chicken gravy to top them, so instead of them being a sandwich, they are more like a dinner. I have put chopped broccoli in them or mixed veggies too. I think the butter on top with the croutons are a must for the crunchy texture. These are so good!!!

Yummy Roll Ups

I have not had these with pickles...but I'm going to try them this way and I am sure they will be 5 stars. I use a green onion (mainly the green part) and roll that in there. I also put the block of cream cheese in the microwave for about 10 seconds to make it soft enough for spreading. Thanks for the new way.
