Curried Cauliflower
We liked this dish very much. There was so much sauce that the next time I make it, I will double the cauliflower or add other vegetables to the dish. I would also be tempted to add some precooked chicken to the dish as well.

Mayonnaise Biscuits
My family enjoyed these very much. I liked how easy they were to throw together-- and I love using only three ingredients!! Next time I may add some chives or cheddar cheese.

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies
Very good...and very rich. I used just a half mint on the cookies and I thought it was plenty.
