Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin

Loved it! Changed some things based on what I had on hand. 1/2 cup cream cheese and 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese mix. Shredded the potatoes so they would cook faster. My 2 year old even loved it. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks for the share!

Pumpkin-Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These cookies turned out good, but a little too cake-like for me. I am not fond of the dry texture of cake. However, once I added the following frosting to the cookie...IT WAS PURE HEAVEN!! I will definitely make this cookie again! Frosting: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the 3 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute, or until slightly thickened. Cool slightly, then stir in the milk, and beat until smooth. Gradually stir in 2 cups confectioners' sugar until frosting has reached desired consistency. Spread on cooled cookies.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

Tasted just like a Reese's PB cup. It took a couple of weeks to get to my husband who was deployed. I wrapped them individually in plastic and mailed them. He said that they were just the right amount of dry and moist and tasted just like a PB cup when he got them on the ship. He absolutely loved these bars!!

Fluffy French Toast

This was the best Frnech toast I've ever made! I cut the recipe down to 4 slices of bread, did cinnamon to taste and eyeballed the rest of the measurements. Sprinkled powered sugar, blueberries and syrup on the top. Thanks for the great recipe!
