Amazing!! I used 2 squares of bakers chocolate and 2 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips (about 1/2 cup), and I used half and half instead of cream because that is what I had on hand. Other then that I followed the recipe and it turned out perfect! Exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

I thought this was wonderful, I also coated my chicken in some taco seasoning before browning and I added a can of black beans (drained) and some frozen corn. I also used regular long grain rice, I just added and extra half of can of broth and just simmered it for 20 minutes covered and it turned out wonderful! After the rice cooked all the way I dumped the mixture into a caserole dish topped with the cheese and stuck it in a 350 degree oven until the cheese was melted. We dished it directly into a flour tortilla and it was perfect!! Thanks!

Creamy Rice Pudding

I omitted the raisins (just because I dont like them) and added more vanilla, other then that I followed the recipe and it totally rocked!! Thanks so much!!

Mexican Wedding Cookies

These turned out so yummy! I used powerded sugar instead of white sugar in the dough and instead of using 2 teaspoons of vanilla I used 1 teaspoon each of almond and vanilla extract (I love almonds). They were super delicious and perfectly almondy!
