Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
very simple recipe, smoothies are something personally suited for taste. Fruits make up for vitamins etc. milk calcium, also ice cream is something you can add with or without the milk. I personally make this recipe first cutting fresh bananas into a blender then add peanut butter and milk, also a vanilla preferably soy protein (picked up at your local target or wal-mart), and then some tasty ice cream. Great if you're into to body building and are tired of either boring shakes or spending 3 bucks at planet smoothie. Furthermore I like to mix the fruits up a bit, good avocado, mango, strawberries, kiwi, raspberries. But I like to stick the peanut butter with bananas, another good addition to this smoothie especially for kids with a sugar tooth and need that extra boost in the morning is putting chocolate syrup or cocoa powder aswell. If you're making the smoothie for taste purposes only I would def recommend ice-cream, and even picking up Ben and jerrys ice cream and adding it to this, their cookie dough makes perfect for this pBNB smoothie.
