This is so delicious, it's staying in my recipe box forever! I started with one fillet of frozen salmon - thawed it and cooked it on the stove for a few minutes and flaked it. Then I mixed it with the egg, Italian bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, cheddar cheese, dried parsley -- I also added red pepper flakes (which wasn't really necessary), onion powder, minced garlic and a little bit of Parmesan cheese. Then I followed the rest of the directions. I didn't need to cook for the entire 10 minutes; more like 8. This made three small-ish cakes, but if I could do it again, I would have made two larger ones. The Worcestershire sauce really stands out (to its benefit), but make sure not to add more than the recommended amount. This was so fantastic. I'm so glad I decided to go with this rather than a simple baked salmon with lemon!
