Lori's Famous Crab Cakes
Great recipe! I have made this recipe as is and variations of it and the cakes turn out great every time. For a minor kick I add a teaspoon of two of Siracha. Another change in my recent batches is that I halved the frying time, drain, and then pop in the oven, so the feel less oily and have a nice crunch. Plus, if someone is late coming in for dinner it's super easy to heat up.

Savory Corn Muffins
As is, this is a good recipe if you are looking for a moist corn muffin or bread to accompany dinner. As a breakfast muffin, it does not have enough sweetness. I had doubled the sugar and it still was not sweet enough for me. With that said, I think it is a good base to start, it just needs to be tweaked for personal taste. Some other posters mentioned they came out too salty. Personally, I like the saltiness of them, but I can see how some may not like it.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I've made this recipe a few times now and it has been great each time. The only tricky part is when you add the flour to the onions and butter, make sure to do it slowly so it doesn't clump. I usually leave all ingredients as is except for the celery seed. I didn't have any on hand so I substituted a dash or two of celery salt.
