Grandma's Onion Rings (Southern Style)

Super yummy. I altered the recipe so I could make it with one onion instead of three and it still turned out delicious. Also added a little italian seasoning for a more interesting taste. This was my first time frying onion rings and it was well worth it!

Layered Strawberry Tiramisu

This was a pretty good treat, I had never prepared tiramisu before, but I found this dessert to be very similar to a trifle. The cream cheese added into the pudding made for a little extra richness, which was delicious. I wasn't really a fan of the strawberry dips whipped cream, it tasted a little too fake. I plan on preparing this again sometime in the future but i think i will substitute regular whipped cream instead and maybe add some other kinds of berries.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

I used fresh strawberries instead of frozen. I also used an organic yogurt which was something new for me, but delicious nonetheless. I didn't have any wheat germ so I put in a little flax seed instead. This was great and I'm definitely thinking about making it for breakfasts.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This stroganoff is pretty amazing. No, its nothing fancy, but its great for a those nights when you don't have time to cook anything. My family has eaten this several times and its much better than any old Hamburger Helper stroganoff.

Rhubarb Blueberry Muffins

I'm not a fan of rhubarb so I didn't try them, but my family member kept telling me how delicious they were. My oven is usually take longer to cook, but I definitely could have cut off a minute or two because mine were a bit overbaked. I will probably make these again in the future.

Strawberry Crepes

I have tried out about three different recipes for crepes, and this is by far the best one. They were so easy to work with and tasted amazing. It was my first time trying chocolate in my crepes and I thought it was an excellent addition. I only had enough batter to make three crepes, but mine were on the thick side so that's probably why. This is my favorite crepe recipe and I will be making these more in the future.
