Cheese Fondue

Very good! I made a half portion because it was quite a lot for only 3 people :) We also dipped small meatballs in it as well.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Excellent, delicious, easy! I did use only 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar though. I added to taste, because I was making cupcakes for children and I wanted to use as little as necessary. I would use the full 2 cups though as well, it would just be a little more cheesecake-like in flavor.

Swedish Meatballs II

This was not a very good meal for us. The sauce was much thinner than I like and the meatballs were WAY more oniony than I've ever had.

Cider Cheese Fondue

Very good flavor...though I might like it more a little thicker. I may try it with hard cider instead of regular apple cider next time too. REALLY good with apples and 7 grain bread.

Pumpkin Cheesecake

This recipe was a huge success. I made it for an Autumn holiday party, only all organic. The only thing I added was MORE Ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. I may add more cream cheese in the future, and I want to try doing a pecan/graham crust next time too. Overall, a great start recipe.

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

This recipe was the best I've found...but I did a variation using red, orange and yellow peppers and no wine. It's the ONLY sausage and peppers I've ever liked! It's got the sweetness of the peppers and I served it in long rolls; fair style. SO EASY, I love it.

Easy Meatloaf

Really loved this! Easy, flavorful...our family enhances it by making a "meatloaf/mashed potato casserole"...layering the potatoes on top of the meat.

Clam Sauce with Linguine

This is the best clam sauce I've ever had! I used about half the mushrooms and double the garlic...and it's perfect. I would use more clams and go the full pound of mushrooms though next time. I like a lot of stuff in my pasta
