Banana Banana Bread

This was really good. I added raisins to mine and used 5 mini loaf pans and cooked for 40-45 mins at 350! They came out awesome!!!!

YUMMY! I used butter instead of shortening, frozen blueberries that I thawed and I doubled the topping. Cooked about 40-45 mins in an 11X7 glass dish! Was excellent! Would like to try with other fruit such as strawberries or even peaches.

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo

YUMMY! I used weight watchers cream cheese and low/reduced sodium cream of chicken soup. I only used 1/2 of package of Italian dressing mix and up'd the water to about 1/2 cup so we would have a little more gravy. I used penne noodles since that's what I had on hand. I also added a can of peas last 10 or so mins. Used frozen chicken breast (I seasoned my chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, Tony's seasoning and some poultry seasoning) and up'd cook time by an hour (even though it ended up cooking longer since I had other things to do). My family loved this! Next time I will add mushrooms or broccoli or maybe some artichoke hearts!!

Heather's Crawfish Etouffee

This was great! I left out the black/cayenne pepper and used Tony's cajun seasoning in it's place. We are used to more gravy so we added a can of cream of celery soup also. We cooked our rice in a rice pot/cooker. This will def be added to our regular menu. Would be good with shrimp also! Thanks!!!!

Corn Dog Muffins

~You can also cook these in a sandwhich maker!~ My family really enjoyed these. I left out the cheese (I've never had a corndog with cheese). I cut up the hotdogs in bite size pieces then mixed in after I poured the batter in the muffin tins. I served with oven baked fries. YUMMY!

Shepherd's Pie Daddy's Way

I only gave this 3 stars because I only used it as a "starter"! I think made as is would be rather bland...I seasoned my meat with garlic powder, onion powder and Tony's cajun seasoning. I also cooked some bacon and added a can of green beans and corn to my meat. I only had regular cream of mushroom soup but it worked fine. I also added milk, butter, salt, garlic powder and onion powder to my potatos. My husband, 6 yr old daughter and I all loved the way it turned out! Oddly, the only one who didnt like it was my 1yr old daughter who usually eats ANYTHING!

Chicken Stuffed Shells

The soup did not do anything for this besides make it bad. This was a big waste of my time and money. Only way I'd make this again....well actually I would not make it again.

Easy Eggplant Dish

I sauted my eggplant and squash with the onions and added some seasonings then once I mixed everything up it looked pretty dry so I added a can of chedder cheese soup then topped with the crackers and chesse. It was yummy. My husband's parents and grandparents were over for lunch and everyone enjoyed it, even my 2 nieces (8 & 6) and my daughter (5)! Will def make again.

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

This was so so so YUMMY and super FAST to make!!! I doubled the sauce though because my family likes a lot. Other then that, it is PERFECT as is! You could even use chicken in here...heck even tuna would probably be good. This is def gonna be something I continue to make! Thanks!

Meat Shell Potato Pie

Overall this was a good recipe. I used a little more bacon and a little more cheese though. I mixed some of the bacon and cheese in with the potatoes before topping it with the rest. My husband and girls liked it and said they'd eat it again if I cooked it...guess that's all that matters!!!
