Nacho Cheese Sauce
I just made this. Sooo yummy. I halved it and used velveeta and pepper jack cheese, added a little salsa, no salt.

Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes and Corn
I have made this 3 times in 2 weeks. Used corn off the cob. Add red pepper flakes and garlic powder to the "sauce". So good for lunch the next day. I used whole wheat rotini for the pasta. Thanks for sharing!

Dry Ranch Style Seasoning for Dip or Dressing
This is so good with lite sour cream. I added sour cream to a bowl and added the mix until it tasted right. Plus no preservatives or msg. I think next time I'll add some chopped jalapenos to give it a little kick!
