Spicy Baked Cod Fillets

Oustanding. Like another reviewer, I couldn't find ginger paste. Instead, I made a paste using crushed ginger and ground garam masala powder. Very flavorful and tasty.

Black Beans and Pork Chops

Easy and tasty. Like other readers, I rinsed the black beans before using to reduce sodium. I also added a bit of diced pineapple to sweeten the dish and served it with Johnny cakes instead of rice. Yum.
