Easy Pancakes
I cut the baking powder to 2 teaspoons and the oil to 1 tablespoon, added just a pinch of salt, and added 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract following the advice of others and found myself eating a plate of fluffy, yummy pancakes. They were my first pancakes I had made from scratch and came out beautifully, I would so make it again!
