Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
One of my favorite cookie recipes. I used 1 cup of butter and no shortening. (Just because I didn't have any on hand) I also used 1/2 cup Skippy Natural creamy peanut butter and 1/2 cup Skippy Natural Crunchy Peanut butter. I also added peanut butter chips. I would not change a thing. Cooked for 8 minutes and they were perfect! Great recipe!

Easy Quiche

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2011
One of my favorite recipes on this site! It's so easy and seems unconventional but somehow turns out just right. It's very easy to make and I love the fact that the crust is mixed in. I omitted the ham but made the rest just as the recipe stated. Excellent!

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2011
These are good but I didn't read the reviews before making them and I learned quickly that they burn if you cook them for 12 to 14 minutes as stated in the recipe. They only need about 9 minutes. Otherwise they are like little bricks.

Wild Rice Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2011
This is a fantastic recipe that my husband dubs "restaurant quality." I have made it just like the recipe but tonight I made it with light mayo, chicken instead of turkey and I cut up cherries instead of grapes. I served it in a warm pita and it was wonderful! It would make a nice dish for a summer party.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

So good! I've made this for several summer parties and baby showers. My kids make the chips now while I make the salsa and it takes no time at all! We love it!

Chicken Pecan Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
This recipe is just awesome. I made it exactly like the recipe says. I used strawberries, grapes and blueberries. I also used Newman's Own Honey Mustard dressing which is so yummy. My husband hates fruity salads and he said this was just perfect for a hot day!

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2009
I think this recipe is fantastic. I used fresh vegetables but the foundation of the recipe is so good, I think it still deserves 5 stars. I didn't make many changes other than a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and little additional honey and soy sauce in the last minute. My 4-year-old ate almost all of my chicken. It was delicious. This will definitely be a family favorite.
