This dish is okay, I might make it again and chop it up with some thai noodles or something. Thanks for the recipe :)

Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2011
I didn't have any grean onions but the recipe turned out great. I made steamed brocoli to go with my meal, not in the noodles. Awesome with "Asian Salmon" from this site :)

Great recipe! But cut up the mini marshmallows so they spread more evenly into the icecream.

Mango Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2011
Yummy! The marinade is tasty and the mango with the chicken is matched perfectly! I made this dish with "cajun style baked sweet potato" recipe from this site and I thought the flavors went well together. delish :)

Asian Salmon

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2011
I didn't have onions, but otherwise I followed the recipe. After the marinade was all mixed It did seem a little bland so as other users suggested I added 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger. I also took the advice of others and baked for 15 min. and then broiled for 5 min. I marinated my salmon for 1 hour and with the above changes it was almost the best salmon I've ever had! I gave this 4 stars because of what it would be without the changes, with the changes its definatly 5 stars! I will be making this again and again :) PS: I made "Sesame noodles" from this site to go with the salmon and it was matched perfectly!

It was very good. I felt like the recipe was lacking something. I will definantly make this again but try to find the right "it" factor to make this great for my tastes. Thanks for the recipe.

Filet Mignons With Pepper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
Absolutly wonderful! My husband likes peppery things so I first rubbed the steaks with montreal steak spice before cooking. I added more pepper to the recipe for our liking as well. Turned out great. Thanks for the recipe.

Great idea! You can use whatever fruit you want and dress it up any way you'd like. I made this for a work retreat day camp and everyone loved it!

Perfect Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: May 3, 2011
I traded the regular vineager for rice vinegar as per others suggestions and I omitted the Sherry as I had none on hand and just added more water. I ended up not using all of the cornstarch mix to thicken the sauce. I think the level of thickness is something every cook has to determine for themselves and adjust accordingly. Those are the only changes I made and this was awesome!!! Very high quality. I will be making this for years to come. Thanks for the great recipe!

Margarita Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
I marinated over night and the flavor was too strong for me ( I used bottled mix). I think it would have tasted better with adding something to complement the lime flavor. I think next time I will try experimenting by adding fresh herbs and at the end of grilling add packaged tex mex shredded cheese over top. Thanks for the recipe.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Amazing!!! I did marinate overnight and I believe that really helped to sink in the flavor. I will make this again and again. Thanks for the easy and delicious recipe!

Garden-Fresh Bruschetta

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
It was lacking something. So I took the advice of others and added Basalmic vinegar and lemon juice aprox 2 Tbsp (but really just add to your liking). I eyeballed the ingredients and probably added more chopped basil and sea salt. I also added 1 more garlic clove. After the changes, it was the best recipe for bruchetta I have ever tasted! Thanks for the recipe!

Kung Pao Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
So yummy!!! Double the sauce for sure. I used 1/2 a can of water chestnuts and chopped them up, otherwise it would have been too much for my liking. As others have mentions you will need to add some water. Add enough water to get your desired thickness. Thanks for the delicious recipe!

Super Crunch Oven Cooked Honey Dipped Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
I thought this might be too spicy for my family so I omitted the hot sauce and added more red pepper flakes. This was delicious!!! The next time I make this I will add the hot sauce (just halve it for us) because I could see it was lacking some kick when I omitted the hot sauce. We couldn't get enough, thanks for a great recipe!

Fantastic Focaccia Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
Amazing! I used 5 Tbsp of olive oil and put it in a bowl mixed with 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1Tbsp of rosemary, a pinch of fresh ground pepper, 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, and a pinch of sea salt. I did this first to let the spices marrinade in the oil before getting the yeast ready. The added herbs and spices was just the way I like it. This is a great and easy recipe that is versatile. You could add any combination of herbs, spices or even veggies (sundried tomatoes, olives, jalopeneos, ect.). While the bread was cooling from the oven I brushed about 1 tsp of olive oil on the top and sprinkled shredded parmessan cheese on top. Note: I thought that the pan size was too big for the amount of dough so I baked mine in a pie plate and it worked out great. I will be making this lots with different flavor combinations. Thanks for the great recipe!

Montreal Steak Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
I wanted to cut back on calories so I omitted the cream cheese and added more 1% milk. Instead of kosher salt I added seasoning salt. Super yummy. A great way to mix it up with mashed potatoes. Thanks for the recipe!
