Hearty Chicken Tortilla Soup

Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies

Loved these, I didn't have any fresh cranberries but will definately give them a try with those another time, just used crasins a generous cup, so yummy, my little girls liked them too! The hubby not so much, he likes his with chocolate chips :) update: tried these again with fresh cranberries even better than the first time, however I think I will chop the cranberries next time, the big halves were pretty tart. So yummy, my new fall favorite!

Super Easy Doughnuts

If you are used to the usual yeast type donut this is definately a differnt texture, I only gave it three stars because I thought the flavor was lacking, I actually could taste the vinegar in it and that wasn't so plesent, and then it was super sticky and hard to form into any shape. My girls loved then though.

Mary Anne's Moist and Nutty Carrot Loaf

I liked this bread it was tasty but there was just too much stuff in it for my taste, I think I will leave out the rasins next time it just seemed like there was too much going on. Also I was not sure if I should put in the juice from the pineapple or not, I just added it and the bread was super moist. It certainly lives up to it's name!

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

Very good pancake, I put a 1 cup regular flour and a 1/4 cup wheat flour in them, turned out great, nice and fluffy, didn't have time to wait the whole hour but at twenty minutes they were still delicious!

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes

I love these pancakes! I didn't bother to blend the oatmeal, but I like the texture of whole oats. I skipped the oil and just used applesauce, didn't miss it at all. We love ours with strawberries, or blueberries, or both. I have used all whole wheat flour with it with good results, a little bit heavier but still good. I have let the batter sit overnight in the fridge and it cooks up so fluffy in the morning. They don't even need syrup they are so yummy, yogurt on top is tasty though.
