Chicken Pot Pie IX

Excellent flavor! I followed several suggestions and added extra liquid to the sauce, but I didn't see the need to. Maybe I didn't boil it down as much as they did? I only added about an extra 3/4 cup of liquid and ended up with about a cup that wouldn't fit into my deep-dish pie pan. Maybe I'll try to simmer it longer next time. This is definitely a keeper for us! Remember, if you do make extra sauce, to add extra seasonings because it will be more dilute.

Something Different Sweet Rolls

This is an amazing recipe! They are tasty, easy, and everyone I have made them for loves them. I had to put them in both 9x13 pans, but one wasn't all the way full, and in that one that topping did turn into a "candy" on the bottom and sort of ruined that batch. The ones that were fit closely into the one pan turned out perfectly! Next time I will make sure they fit snugly into the pans by using a 9x13 and an 8x8, or cutting the rolls slightly shorter when it gets to that point. I also had to make an extra half-batch of topping to really cover the rolls.

Fluffy Pancakes

As most others said, these are TO DIE FOR!! I did have to make seconds, as this recipe did not feed me and my three little girls. It makes about six 4" pancakes.

Zucchini Ranch Meatloaf

I didn't have a packet of ranch seasoning, so I used about a cup of ranch dressing and about 1/4 cup extra bread crumbs. It tasted wonderful! I was short on time, and since this makes such a huge meat loaf I separated it into 4 small ones and cooked two of them for 35 minutes and did the other two while we ate. Me and my three young'ns ate one of them and saved one in the fridge for tomorrow. The other two are going in the freezer. Great recipe! Definitely a keeper!

Chicken in Mushroom Sauce

Super easy and delicious! Made it as recipe says the first time, but the second time I did a can of the cream of mushroom chicken that Campbell's has now and wrapped the chicken in bacon strips and secured them with toothpicks and it was even BETTER! Served over rice, the sauce makes for a perfect topping!
