Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

I used this recipe on a 5 pound roast. I had to cook it longer. This was a very good dish but all 4 family members agree that the amount of Kosher salt was to much. I gave it a 4 because it was very moist, and delicious the salt will just need to be cut down

Taco Seasoning I

So much better than store bought. I loved it so did my family. I added three tbs spoons to each pound of beef. And added water in stages just so I could get the right moisture. I made 5 pounds of tacos with this recipe. I also used this recipe with chicken burritos. It was so yummy also. I just took pound of left over boneless chicken breast and cooked it in 2 cans of chicken broth and about 2 cans of water tsp spoon of a garlic powder and 1/4 tsp ground pepper. Once the chicken started boiling I turned it low and let it simmer for about 1/2 an hour more or less. Once it was done and tender I shredded it with two forks. Tossed the chicken in a skillet with a little water and 3 tbs of the seasoning and cooked as I did the beef it was so good and moist. I plan to make a huge batch of this and freeze it. It will be used up in now time. Thanks for sharing. Vera
