'King Of Rock' Frozen Pudding Pops

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
My 4 year old loved these frozen pudding pops. I didn't have any issues with seperation of the mixture, used peter pan peanut butter, warmed it only slightly enough to stir easily into the pudding. Only thing different was I added a sliced of banana to the bottom of my cup to hold my stick in place. Thanks john

Followed the instructions both times I made these and neither time was to our satisfaction. They were dry in the middle instead of moist.

Italian Bread Bowls

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
These were not ideal for bread bowls. I changed nothing in the directions but still ended up with sorta flat bowls. Also the recipe states it makes 4 but really it makes only 3 mid sized bowls, which held about 1 1/2 cups stew. Thanks for the idea but I doubt I will be making again.

Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
I waited to review until I had made this twice, first with drumsticks and the second with breast. The breast worked best. My problem with it both times was the lack of heat, not much firecracker to them. I also had a hard time with the coating falling off every time I turned over a piece.

Sauteed Apples

Very good. I have made them twice now, once following the directions and the second time using some reviews. Both times they turned out wonderful. We did seem to enjoy the modified one better, all I did was add tsp of vanilla and used 1 Tbsp of cornstarch.

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
First time making a smoothie. I followed the directions with the exception of using vanilla yogurt in place of soy milk and only half the amount. I also added ground flaxseed for fiber. My preschooler loved it, I thought it was alright. But will keep making it for him. Oh, I left out half of the oatmeal too.
