Excellent dish, made changes to suit our taste. First cut the potatoes into qtrs and boiled for 10 mins before putting into dish, this gives a softer centre with crispy out. Used fresh Rosemary & Time as the recipe calls for, but cut down amount. Added crushed garlic to the dressing, also added a head of Garlic with tip cut of for roasting. Added lots of mediteranian veges which were perfect. Loved the dressing, used a thicker Balsamic syrup which is also a little sweeter. As with any roast vege dish that has different types of veges they obvisouly will take different cooking times, unless cut to suit. Beautiful
