Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
What a HUGE success. I fixed as stated and there was not a piece left. I was amazed at how this cake tasted. My husband looked at it and said "You didn't make that". He was shocked that I could make something that looked as beautiful as that cake did. I think he learned not to doubt my cooking techniques.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
I liked this but wasn't in love with it. My 5 year old liked it alot. It was just to much garlic for me. I will try a couple different things next time (I always like to fix the recipe as is the first time) and see if I can't make it a little better for our household.

Easy Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
I just got done eating this and had to jump on here to give my review. I loved this alot and my 5 year old who refuses to eat "shuna" at every single bite in his plate. I told him it was chicken and he didn't notice the difference. I will definatly be making this again. I ficed the recipe as it was written. Great job with this recipe.

My Country Style Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
I gave this four stars. I have had to do some tweeking on this and I think I finally got it. I add about a fourth of a cup of beef (or chicken) stock right before I add the onion soup mix and flour mixture. This gives it just enough to make a GREAT gravy. That is all I have changed!!

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
WOW Thanks for this delish recipe!! Of course I also made some changes. For one I did not have Muenster so I used Mozz. Secondly I did do the 1 cup vs. 1/2 cup of ALL the cheeses. Not a good idea for the sharp cheddar. I also took the advice of another reviewer and melted the velveeta with half and half on the stove. I did not let it boil just let it melt. I ommited the eggs and it did need more salt and pepper. I only baked it for 20 mins. vs. the 35. This was the best homemade recipe I have cooked. Great job with it.

Beef Barley Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
I fixed this reciepe last night. One of husband's favorite soups but myself, I have never tried it. He enjoyed it alot and I was pleasently surprised. I only gave 4 stars cause I thought even with the 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt and the 1/2 teaspoon of pepper it was still a little bland. Nothing we can't fix though. Thanks for a great reciepe.
