Sausage Gravy III

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2012
Thank you Bonnie! My search for the perfect sausage gravy is over. I used butter instead of margarine I read somewhere that a reviewer used evaporated milk and water. I decided to try that and it took me back, this was the taste I searched countless recipes for!! Thanks again:-)

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
Amazing! I made this for my husband to celebrate Valentines Day as it combines two of his favorite things, white chocolate and cheesecake. It was a hit, he loved it and I'm sure I will be making this often. I melted the chocolate in the microwave which was easy. I also microwaved some strawberry jam and used that as opposed to the Raspberry. 5 stars thanks for the recipe!

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

Reviewed: May 13, 2011
We really enjoyed this coffee cake, I did bake it in a smaller pan 8 by 8... Also because I used a smaller pan I had to bake it longer. I did make extra topping and used a combo of brown and white sugar... I layered the topping in.. Turned out great thanks for the recipe!

Mound Bars

I love this recipe!! So good...I made this in an 8 by 8 pan, used a whole bag of coconut which I put down first over the hot crust. I then put the SCM over the coconut.. I kind of mixed it into the cocout... Baked it and then I put on a whole bag of milk chocolate/peanut butter chips, I put it back into oven to melt, then I spreader the chips, so good! Thanks for the recipe:-)

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
The kids wanted pancakes.. And I wanted to try a new recipe..I mixed these with my handheld mixer, added a tsp of vanilla, added a canola oil blend in place of the veg oil( I never have veg oil) anyway they turned out perfect! I made some without the chocolate chips and the ones I did add chocolate too I sprinkeled on once in pan. If my picky teen loves them they are a keeper in my book! Thanks for the recipe, will make again:)

Golden Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2010
So good! Really simple to make too... I omitted the celery and added a shredded carrot instead, I also didn't add ham or bacon but will add some bacon next time. Since I don't own an immersion blender I took my handy dandy potato masher and just mashed one or two times it worked!! Will make again thanks for the recipe.

We loved these, I used the whole can of pumpkin instead of just a cup. I also skipped the streusel topping and just sprinkled the tops with a mix of cinnamon and sugar. Followed everything else... Will make again thanks:)
