Making kruschiki with my beloved grandmother.
My cooking triumphs
Any dish that comes out tasting good!
My cooking tragedies
I once tried to make my own vodka sauce... each taste of sauce was like taking a shot!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
Delicious! I let the biscotti loaves cool in the oven after I turned it off. This will avoid any cracking of the biscotti, since it gives them a chance to cool slowly. They came out perfectly- no crumbling or cracking. This recipe is a keeper!

Bulgur Wheat with Dried Cranberries
My boyfriend and I make this at least once a week as a quick, easy, yet tasty side-dish to pair with any meal. Instead of the 1 cup water, I use 1 cup chicken stock which really adds a rich flavor. GREAT RECIPE!

Easy Beer Bread Mix
This is the best beer bread recipe out there!! I followed the recipe to a T- (with no self-rising flour on hand, for everyone 1 cup of all-purpose flour, I added 1 and 1/4 teaspoons baking powder and 1/8 teaspoon salt). I also took others' suggestions and added 1/3 cup brown sugar and eliminated the onion powder and Italian seasoning. SOOO PERFECT!!
