About this Cook
I am 24 years old. I LOVE TO COOK. I am on this website at least 3 times a day looking at recipes. I want to own my restaraunt someday. I love to cook for big groups of people. the more the better. Everyone always enjoys my cooking, my fiance the most. I must say it is pretty good.
My favorite things to cook
I love to grill, so ribs, steaks, anything that will go on the grill. I love to make enchiladas. Anything that has to do with meat, I love. I also love to bake. Desserts, breads, cookies...EVERYTHING!!!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandfather owned some restaraunts in a few towns across the states. He could cook anything. My dad is also a great cook, he is more into the meat cooking.
My cooking triumphs
I am 24 years old and have been making my own Thanksgiving Dinner for the past 6-7 years. My mom finally said this year she was thinking about handing it all over to me, my mother in law already handed it over to me.
My cooking tragedies
Who hasn't had these??? Everyone does. One wrong ingredient too soon or too late makes alot of difference. But I normally follow the recipes to the "T".

Banana Sour Cream Bread
I love this recipe. It's the best banana bread I have ever eaten. Not sure why people have trouble with it cooking in the center (either too much sour cream or too much batter in the pan). I follow the directions to a "T" and it has turned out every time. EVERYONE loves it!

Pesto Chicken Florentine
This was fantastic. Only changed a few small things... I used a jar of classico garlic alfredo sauce. And I cooked the chicken in the olive oil by itself so that the Garlic didn't burn or brown too much. And I also used a Knorr Homestyle Stock, during the last few minutes of cooking the chicken, along with the chopped garlic.
