I have been using this recipe for months and it AWESOME! It is beautiful, cuts easily, strong enough for peanut butter, but soft as any store bought bread. I love it! And it's versatile. If you take it (after beating it down after first rise) and roll it out add some cinnamon and sugar and raisins, roll it up, let it rise...cook for maybe 5 extra minutes....makes a wonderful cinnamon raisin bread!
