Egg Noodles

I LOVE this recipe...was my first time making egg noodles and have used it many times since. Easy to follow and easy to make, even without a pasta machine.

delicious...I took the advice of others and used applesauce instead of oil. I also did the sugar, cinnamon, and nut topping - YUMMO! was a big hit at my work and at home...will definitely make this one again!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

this cheesecake turned out perfectly. I took some other reviewer suggestions, making the crust with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and a little more butter. Nothing but rave reviews...thanks for the great recipe :)

Aunty Pasto's Seafood Lasagna

I followed the advice of other reviewers and used ricotta instead of cottage cheese and it didn't turn out runny. I also added shallot and garlic to the onion to give it some more flavor. Great recipe, was a big hit for our cooking night.

Amish Macaroni Salad

This is the best mac salad sauce I've yet to find. I always add some green peas, and a yellow or orange bell pepper to it as well.

Banana Pancakes I

delicious pancakes! I too used butter instead of oil and added a tsp of vanilla. make sure you mash up the bananas really well before adding to the egg/milk mixture or your cakes will be really lumpy and won't cook right.

Spinach Muenster Quiche

This was the first time I've had/made quiche and it was very good. I took the advice of other reviews and didn't use all the spinach; I aslo added some Jimmy Dean hot sausage and it was wonderful. Thanks for the great recipe :)
