I loved the fact how easy this was to make and the amount of veggies was awesome. One problem though is it was quite bland :( I will probably not make again.

Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2013
We liked this a lot. I added some garlic, onion and red bell pepper since that is the last if it from the garden but otherwise left it the same. Even my picky eater loved it!

This is very yummy! our son has a dairy allergy so getting scalloped potatoes from the store is not something we can do. These are Easy and is safe for him! I have even made the pork chops on the grill and made the scalloped potatoes alone in a dish... yum!

This was pretty good although it wasnt quite what I was looking for. My mom use to make something like this but hers was more creamy. I found out she used mayo in hers so I added a couple of tablespoons of mayo to it and now I love it! Thanks for the starter recipe!

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake III

We thought this was excellent! we have a son with dairy and egg allergies so finding a recipe without egg is always a treat. I did add a tsp of vanilla and substituted the milk for Rice Milk and butter for non dairy but ther rest I did as listed. Served it with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (Rice cream for our son) and everyone enjoyed it! Thanks for the great recipe, we Will be making it again!

Chicken Surprise

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2007
We thought this was really good. I did do the suggestions for adding some more spices to it. I added garlic, italian seasoning, and pepper. Then I added some parsley to the rice. I also sauted onions and carrots before the chicken. With what I added I would have given this a 5. We will make again!

Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2006
I think this is an excellent recipe for Banana bread without eggs or milk. Our 15 mo old is just eating it up and is having no problems with it at all. I have been looking for a banana bread recipe for a while that was eggless and this is our ticket. We did eat some right out of the oven and I found that the bread crumbled quite a bit but if you leave it (after it cooled we put it in a ziploc bag) it is much easier to cut. Also I did have to increase my baking time to about 55 min. I just kept an eye on it. Thank you very much for a great recipe that our son (and we) can eat! Edited 10/29/07 I am still making this recipe for our Banana Bread although now I am also using it for Banana Muffins. I greese a large muffin tin, make recipe as above and bake in oven for 20-30 min. They are wonderful!

Easy Slow Cooker Ham

It was ok. I used a little less cloves then the recipe asked for but it was still alittle strong. Our 15 mo old liked it alot though. I may try again, but with even less cloves (maybe 10?).
