Chicken Marsala

This has been my family's go-to Marsala recipe for years. My mom made this for our pre-prom dinner party when I was in high school, and I make it for my husband now. I've always made it as-is and think it's perfect. Don't forget to season the chicken with salt and pepper before dredging. It really makes a difference.

German Red Cabbage

Peanut Butter Noodles

This is a great on its own, but it's really easy to customize. I have added bean sprouts, shredded cooked chicken, and cucumber at various times. It's also good cold the next day as a lunch box item.

Chicken Katsu

This is one of our favorite meals. I serve it with sauteed cabbage, rice, and tonkatsu sauce made from Martin Yan's Feast. His tonkatsu sauce really is the best I've ever had.

Texas Jambalaya

We really like making this dish, and it makes a lot of delicious leftovers. We have made it with jalapeno smoked sausage and with andouille and it was good with either.

I added more soy sauce after tasting these, but they were still excellent. Maybe start with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce instead?
