No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna
No water. No salted zucchini. Add garlic. Otherwise, this was spectacular trick on your tastebuds! My husband admitted he liked it more than the noodled lasagna. Even better, now you can enjoy this healthy twist on a classic dish with a slice (or two) of guilt-free garlic bread on the side :-)

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
These were melt-in-your-mouth amazing! Wow. This is the only snickerdoodle recipe I will use from now on!

Grilled Chicken and Portobello Lasagna Rollups
I didn't add the mushrooms or pine nuts but it still turned out delicious! Word of advice: COVER and bake for 40 mins (it will keep your noodles from getting tough). Then uncover, add cheese, and finish baking.
