Chocolate Almond Marble Cheesecake

Delicious! Sweet and yet a bit tart. The whole family loved it. I cooked it on a lower temp for about 25 mins longer, however it still ended up cracking. Good thing cracks don't alter the scrumptious taste.

Rhubarb Cheesecake Pie

Scrumptious taste. I had never eaten rhubarb before and therfore didn't have any expectations. I made my own crust and the only problem I had was that it definitely requires a deep pie crust. I had too much cheesecake batter and it ended up overflowing everywhere, but it was delicious!

Spooky Witches Fingers

These were fun and easy to make. They were a little on the crunchy side, but the flavor was good. I didn't bother taking the almonds back off after baking, just dipped the ends in strawberry preserves. I added more flour and slightly more sugar to get the right consistency for the dough.

Chocolate Mice

They're relatively easy to make and tasted delicious. I was out of almonds for the ears so I substituted with corn flakes. I also justed dotted on white frosting for the eyes. Will definitely make this again...maybe with white chocolate for Christmas mice.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Delicious! I just slightly altered it. I used 3/4 cup of white sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar in with the potato mix. I took others advice and made extra topping. I'll definitely make it again!
