My dog just recently lost his 'sister'. So, I wanted to make him a special treat. He's had a rough time; he needed a 'boost' of some type of goodie. I followed the recipe exactly; he's a fussy boy. HE LOVED THIS!! Thank you so much for this.

Watermelon Gelatin Cups

These looked great. But after we all took our first bite, we decided never to have these again. VERY BITTER. Would have been ok if served in a watermelon look-alike dish.

Best Macaroni Salad

DELICIOUS!! My son requested this for his birthday meal. He's 21 and very fussy. Great recipe and easy to make.

Easy Enchilada Casserole

Everybody loved this. Even better the next day. I used flour tortillas and left out the olives (my fam's preference). Very easy to make. For us, this makes 8 servings (only because everybody wants seconds). We're having leftovers tonight!! Easy to reheat in micro.
