This was great! I'd recommend using tenders or thinner breasts.

Hands down, delicious! I excluded the corn and I think it was fine without it. Great chili recipe!

These were great as a side! I didn't have any cornmeal, so I used Bisquick. It was great!

Italian Style Pork Chops

Not bad---something different than the normal bbq pork chop recipe I usually use. I wouldn't say it was anything to rant and rave over.

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
Delicious and super easy! I cooked mine on a cookie cooling rack so I didn't have to flip them. Doing this also keeps the potato rounds from sitting in all that butter while cooking. I cooked my bacon in the oven (400 for 13 mins on a cookie cooling rack) before I started to make everything.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2011
I layered this as another reviewer suggested. I prefer it that way instead of all mixed up. I baked it at 350 for 20 mins. Very easy to make!

Butternut Squash Soup II

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
Love this fall festive recipe! I cooked the squash at 375 for 1 hr (based on the size) and then pealed/seeded it. I added a pinch of both cinnamon and nutmeg..along with some garlic salt. I blended most of the larger veggie pieces, but I didn't blend then entire soup. I prefer it has a little texture. This is sure to please a cold crowd!

Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2011
I canned the applesauce, so I make these changes to the recipe... I cut up about 13 apples, whole-no peeling. I quarter them and throw them in a large pot with 1/2 cup of water and 1 1/2 Tsp cinnamon. Cover and cook them until they are broken down. Next I laddle the apples into a food mill that seperates the skins/seeds/stems from the apple. I then laddle the applesauce in to cans and process them for 20 mins in a canner. Super easy and sooooo much bought.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2011
I'm not sure why....but I had to adjust the cooking temp and time. My mom had a very similar recipe, but hers called for baking them at 400 for 15 mins. Cooking them the sugggested time was not enough; they didnt even crack. I ended up cooking them at 400 for 13 mins.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2011
Really good!! I used frozen shrimp because we don't live in an area for shrimp. I only used half the amount of Alfredo sauce. I always substitute cream for skim milk. It tasted great!
