Spinach Basil Pesto
This is great, and it's easy since I have basil growing in a pot on my deck. I found a food processor easier to use than the blender, though.

Sausage Balls
I've made these for years. I always add about 1/2 cup of milk so they bind together. After I scoop out the balls, I wet my hands and roll them into more-perfectly round balls. Works great! Tastes fantastic.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Just made this the other night, and I think it's the best creamy soup I've ever made. I use Wondra flour because it is so easy in a white sauce w/o any lumps. I will use this again and again, as we love potato soup of any kind. By the way, I used red-skinned potatoes and left the skins on.
