Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
I have never made a potato soup from scratch this recipe turned out great. I did end up adding cheese, more salt, sugar and pepper.

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
I separated the egg yolks from the egg whites, then beat the whites for a minute. I then added both to the butter mix beat for 3 minutes. I was careful to mix the dry and wet ingredients with a spoon, if you over mix it makes the cake dry. When mine came out of the oven it had a egg smell but once i added the milk and cooled it, it tasted great! I used ready whip. Everyone loved it!

This tasted great, my family loved it! I did make some adjustments, I added a teaspoon of brown sugar and some mushrooms. I also did not have any sesame oil, but used vegetable instead.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
I followed the suggestions of some others and made sure not to over stir the flour in to the wet ingredients. I added a cup of chocolate chips and a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. So yummy! I am going to try to add cherry's next time to make a banana split bread. =)
