I am a 24 year old female from Wilmington, DE. Since no one taught me how to cook growing up, I am just starting out. However, I've been teaching myself to bake for a few years now and am absolutely smitten with it! My other hobbies include playing video games, reading, watching movies, and hanging out with friends. Cookies! I love making all types of cookies, but am most "famous" for my chocolate chip pumpkin cookies. As for cakes, I am a new Red Velvet Cake convert (the trick is to use marscarpone cheese instead of butter in the icing!) Making giant cupcake cakes for Birthdays! Making fondant for the first time and using it make a Spongebob sheet cake for my nephew's birthday... everyone thought it was store-bought! Badly burnt lamb... twice. I have yet to figure out how to cook this stuff! Using about 5x the amount of vinegar necessary for Red Velvet Cake and ending up with a cake that smelled horribly of vinegar.
