My fiance and I loved this recipe!! I did make some changes to it as others had suggested. Otherwise it would've been a 5 star. Changes I made were: When browning the onions add fresh minced garlic instead of garlic salt, use only 1/4 C of balsamic, use 1/2 tsp of basil, oregano and rosemary and mix the spices and balsamic together before adding to the chicken. This is a definite keeper in the recipe book!! Enjoy! :)

Heather's Cilantro, Black Bean, and Corn Salsa

This recipe was just ok for me. There was definitely something missing. More spices need to be added. I added some crushed red pepper and a mixture of seasonings from the cupboard. Cumin would be a good addition for next time.

Sunday Best Fruit Salad

The canned peach pie filling was a little too much for me. It made the salad almost slimey. Next time I will just add fresh peaches when they are in season. I added green grapes and fresh blueberries also! Makes a large batch!

Chicken, Feta Cheese, and Sun-Dried Tomato Wraps

This recipe would be a 5 star with the modifications I made to it. I couldn't find sun dried tomato dressing so I used a balsamic instead and added tomato and basil seasoning to the bag. I used my favorite, tomato and basil feta cheese and added hummus inside of the tortilla instead of the 1/4 cup of dressing. The chicken was moist enough that it didn't need extra dressing. Will definitely make this again! :) Thanks!

Grandmother's Oatmeal Cookies

As other reviews had said, I too rolled my cookies in a cinnamon and sugar mixture after leaving in the fridge before rolling. I had never done that with oatmeal cookies, but I will definitely continue to do so!! My dad loved them! They came out soft and chewy and were even better the next day! Only other change was omitting the raisins. Overall, great recipe! Will use again!

Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake Glaze

I used a glaze on a chocolate bundt cake I love to make! I usually don't use any glaze or frosting, but decided to try it. If you love chocolate, you can't go wrong with this!! Next time I will probably make only half of the recipe as I had almost half of it left over after icing my cake!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

I too followed other reviews. I excluded the jalapenos and decreased the cayenne pepper to just 1/4tsp. I can't do too much spice and at the end of the bowl this still had a kick to it. I also pureed one can of the beans, only added one can of chicken broth and added a can of corn. Overall, this recipe is definitely a keeper!! Perfect for a cold rainy day!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This was just OK for us. I cut the recipe in half, using just two chicken breast halves. Served over egg noodles. Added about 1/4 cup of white wine. Still tasted as if it was "missing" something...although still not sure what. I'll stick with regular beef stroganoff.

Lemon Dreams

I am addicted to any lemon dessert and this one is definitely a keeper! The cookie was light and the filling had just the right amount of lemon tang to it!! The only problem I had was keeping the imprint in the dough while cooking. I made the hole before putting in the oven and pressed them again after taking them out. Overall, this cookie is a wonderful summer recipe!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Every time I visit friends in Long Beach where I used to live, all my friends ask me to make these cookies!! The pudding mix makes such a huge difference! I also had mini baking M&M's :)This has become the standard chocolate chip cookie recipe. MMM MMM MMM

Lisa's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake

Best chocolate cake I have had!! I use naturally sweetened apple sauce instead of the oil and it comes out super moist every time!! I sprinkle it with powdered sugar and it's a hit every time!! :)
