Out of this World Turkey Brine

I have used this for my turkey EVERY year since I first tried it! You will not be disappointed! If you have never brined your turkey, do not be intimidated by trying something new! I guarantee you will never NOT brine again! Juiciest most flavorful turkey ever!!!

Strawberry Lemonade Ice Pops

These are very good although they are a bit tart! I added a little sugar and halved the recipe to fill only 4 molds and still had some leftover but it wasn't a big deal

Cheesecake Supreme

I must have done something wrong because I followed this recipe to a T and my cheesecake did not set up! I left it in the oven after baking to cool down and then put it in the fridge overnight and still gooey. Only 1/2 inch around the edges turned out good enough to eat and boy was it good! I'm trying again!

Seven Layer Salad

Have eaten this salad for years, but never made it myself. This recipe is good. The dressing is a little too thick to easily spread. I put the dressing in a baggie & cut off the corner and piped it on then spread it so my top layer didn't get all mixed in the dressing. Just for the sake of looks I guess! I used tomato instead of the cauliflower and green onion instead of regular. I also used light mayo to attempt to make it a bit healthier! A tasty salad anytime!
