Oaty Cereal Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
This was good. My son likes it. I think the cereal pieces are too big to make bars and the sugar is too much and and makes them too hard. Next time I make this I will break up the cereal or use a smaller cereal, use just peanut butter and honey and I think they will turn out better. What I did with my first batch is crumble it all up for a "munch".

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
This is good! The only thing I change when I make this is I increase the oil and water a little so the dough is nice and soft as I usually have a hard time getting the dough to spread out in the pan. I use about 2/3 of a recipe when I use my countertop rotating pizza oven.

French Dressing II

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
This is awesome!! Just like store bought! I usually cut down on the sugar, increase the vinegar, substitute worchestershire for liquid smoke and increase the hot sauce to taste. My boyfriend can go thru 1/4 bottle in a sitting so this is a real money saver!!!!

Chewy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
The first time I tried it I added 1 c raisins instead of choc chips. I mixed everything according to directions and it was so dry when i put it in the pan. I rolled it with a rolling pin in the pan to pack it down and then after 6 min of baking took it out and rolled again. I tried to cut the bars but it was just a crubly mess! I put it back in a mixing bowl and added 1 c peanut butter, 1/2 c oil, 1/2 c vanilla coffee syrup which was heated to smooth. I put this new mixture into the pan and rolled with a rolling pin. Then I had an idea of taking another jelly roll pan and sprayed the bottom with cooking spray and put it on top of the bars to help flatten them. I even stepped on them to help them flatten. These new bars are definitely chewy and have some flavor!
