Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
This smoothie was really great! I made it vegan by using soymilk instead. I added a few fresh blackberries but that made it a little too watery so I had to freeze it for a bit but it was a delicious treat! I also didn't have wheat germ so I threw in some dry oat bran instead to thicken it up.

Monster Cookies VI
This is a delicious recipe but my cookies didnt seem to fluff up like the picture so I think next time I will use one tsp baking soda and one tsp baking powder. I added butterscotch morsels and they were great. I love crunchy peanut butter so thats what I used. I ran out of rolled oats and used half quick oats and they turned out fine.

Heavenly White Cake
Holy !!!!!!! This is the most amazing melt-in your mouth cake I have ever tasted! I used this recipe to make 24 superb cupcakes and it was the exact right amount. Changes: 1 and 1/2 cups of milk and definately make the meraingue right before. I sifted the cake flour and sifted all the three dry inredients 3 TIMES! Make sure you do that. I really think it makes the most difference. I'm pretty sure thats all the changes I made. I almost dont even want to frost these beautiful cupcakes!
