Italian Spinach Sausage Pie

Sooo good and filling! I made this exactly as written and it turned out great. I can't think of any changes I'd make with the filling. The house smelled like egg from brushing the yolk/water on top which was not pleasant (maybe I put too much?) but all in all this was a great recipe. I used all of the filling.

OREO Mini PHILLY Cheesecakes

Great Recipe (1 modification)! I took these to a party and everyone loved them! The one modification I made is: I crushed the Oreos (in a food chopper) and then used melted butter, so it would stick together, and pressed the crushed oreos into the bottom of the paper muffin cups. Everyone thought they were so good!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies were honestly, amazing! These were the best that I've ever made. They turned out the right amount of soft. I lined the baking sheet with parchment paper so the bottom of the cookies wouldn't burn. So good! I used dried cranberries and white chocolate instead.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

This recipe turned out great! I will definitely (and already have) be making it again. I like the taste of everything without changing a thing about the recipe. The only thing I would mention is the stuffing makes way more than enough for 12 mushrooms so I filled more mushrooms and stored the remainder of the stuffing and made more the next day. Really good!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

This was sooo good! I prepared as written minus the mushrooms. The spice factor was a bit much for me but overall it was excellent! It was quick & easy to make. I will be making this again!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Pretty Good! The only thing I changed was using a bag (16 oz) of frozen vegetables (corn, peas, green beans, carrots). This is my 1st pot pie and I really liked it. The sauce was a bit too thick but all in all it was pretty good. Nicely seasoned as is in my opinion.

Cheesecake Bars

These turned our pretty good. I chilled them and also made double the filling which turned out great. They weren't the best ever but with fruit on top they made a nice dessert.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Ideally I'd like to give this a 4 1/2. The recipe turned out great! But a few changes did have to be made. I cut back on the salt like others suggested. The marinade was a bit spicy for me, I marinated over night.Otherwise it was a good recipe. I'll make it again!

French Bread

This was my 1st time making bread! This recipe was for the most part easy to follow. I had to google a few of the terms used to figure out what to do. I followed the recipe as written. I thought the end result was good but not very flavorful. It tasted very plain. But I'm not sure you can expect more from just bread?? I served it with olive oil and bread dipping seasonings. I would make this again but I'd want to add more flavor

World's Best Lasagna

Hmmm, so I think it was good but I'm not sure that is was the world's best. I followed the recipe as written but there was nothing about it that made me think "WOW" this is great lasanga. It was just good.

Easy Spinach Lasagna with White Sauce

I made the recipe as instructed and it was pretty good! Like some others have said the spinach was a bit bland, but when you took a bite of the spinach with the cheese and sauce it wasn't too noticeable. Next time I'll try to make a smaller portion. As the days went on it seemed to get slimier and slimier until I just threw the rest out. It held up nicely in the refrigerator for about 5 days.

Spinach Alfredo Pizza

This was so so. I followed the recipe as written except for the artichokes and olives. I felt like the crust got too soggy. It was edible but not something that I would make again as written. I felt like it needed something else (meat? tomatoes?) to add more flavor than just alfredo sauce.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

On day one I thought these were so good. On day two I thought they were nasty. Right out of the over they tasted great! I cooked the recipe as directed (no changes). On the 2nd day they tasted very greasy, that's all I could really taste. Perhaps I should have used less oil to begin with.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Hmmm, nothing special but not bad. I'd definitely season the pork chops even though the recipe doesn't really call for it. It's hard to give it an excellent review because it just wasn't anything special. But if you're looking for another way to make pork chops, this would be a good alternative.

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

These were just okay. Which could be my fault, I added to much butter. But I also felt there were too many bread crumbs. I was digging through breads crumbs to find the scallops. With a bit of tweaking I'm sure it's a great dish.

Chicken Massaman Curry

I'm not totally disapointed but if I make it again, I won't do the peanut butter. I felt like the taste of the peanut butter was too much and it also made the curry too thick for me. Overall it was so, so. The only change I made was using Tofu instead of chicken
