About this Cook
I'm a young mom to a beautiful little girl and we both love to cook! I live in St. Charles, MO and work at the post office.
My favorite things to cook
My daughter and I are always up for baking cookies, cakes, and any other sort of sweet stuff. And I'm always excited to try my hand at any new and interesting dinner recipes.

Pumpkin Bread IV
This recipe is so easy and amazingly good. You might think 3 loaves is excessive, but trust me, they're going to go fast. It's only mid October and I'm already on my third batch of this stuff! It makes a great side to bring to parties and great little gifts to give to family and friends to know you are thinking of them!

Beefy Baked Ravioli
A quick, easy shortcut recipe that tastes like lasagna! I do prefer to do my cooking from scratch, but let's face it- that's just not always possible. I see a lot of people saying that this dish was bland and very basic, but mine turned out quite flavorful. I did, however, use garlic herb spaghetti sauce and garlic fire roasted tomatoes instead of plain. That helped the flavor a lot.

MMMMM... Brownies
If you like melt in your mouth, fudgy brownies then this is by far the best recipe you will find! I will say that once they're done baking you have to have a little bit of patience, though. I wanted to cut them up and eat them after 5 minutes, but they need MUCH more time to cool down. I'd say give them at least 30 minutes to cool down before trying to cut them up. Otherwise they will just fall apart on you. Either way, they're delicious!
