Bread Pudding III
Very simple to make and delish!!! It was the first bread pudding I had ever made and even though I didn't have nutmeg it still turned out awesome! My boyfriend loved it! I would probably bake it 5 - 10 minutes longer or used 4 or 5 eggs instead of 6 but it could've just been my oven! THANK YOU for this recipe!! I will absolutely make it again and pass it on to my friends!!

French Toast II
I thought this was a great recipe and it was fast! I didn't have nutmeg so I added vanilla in place of it and I added a tablespoon of melted butter because I didn't have milk and mixed all the stuff (minus the cinnamon of course)- be sure to really mix in the brown sugar- mine was a bit clumpy at first in the egg mixutre and I had to break up the little pieces.... I cooked the slices separately in my greenpan skillet (love that skillet!!) on medium-low for 30 seconds on each side 3 times and then put each slice in the oven in a dish to keep the slices warm until I was ready to serve them. The cinnamon sprinkled on top was a REALLY nice addition! I would try it if you haven't before. We also added a sprinkle of powdered/confection sugar and maple syrup. Thanks so much for this recipe!! The flavors were really great!!!

Micky's Sticky Licky Sweet n Zesty BBQ Sauce
I made this on a whim and I am soooo glad I did! I took the advice of some other reviews and used Brown Sugar instead of White and I used Balsamic vinegar instead of white. I used a teaspoon of Spicy Brown Mustard instead of dry mustard too. I also added a half cup of reagular bbq sauce from my fridge because I didn't want the ending sauce to have a too much of a ketchup taste. When you mix the ingredients together the sauce looks - well - scary! I asked myself, "do I really want to try this?" But I trusted Mickey (haha) and went with it! I have become known for my BBQ now thanks to this sauce!! I slow cook 6 to 8 chicken breasts on LOW for 6 hours. Then I shred the chicken (pulling the meat apart a little at a time with 2 forks) and then I put the shredded meat back in the sauce and slow cook overnight on LOW. Allowing the meat to soak up the sauce makes this BBQ GREAT!!! I always make it for when we have parties and guests-- it is a crowd pleaser FOR SURE! Thanks Mickey- whoever you are!
