Simple Roasted Chickpea Snack

Easy to prepare. Good, fun, crunchy snack. My husband loved it -- wants to have it for all his football TV watching this fall.

Zesty Succotash

Fabulous! I begin by sauteing the onion and pepper for a couple minutes to soften. Otherwise, follow the recipe as is, finishing with the chili powder and Cholula hot sauce -- several shakes. Yum yum yummy.
