Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
My fiance and I LOVED this recipe! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I followed the recipe pretty close, only doubling the amount of seasonings and adding a little chicken broth per other reviews and WOW it was soo good! I chopped up the chicken and added it and the sauce from the pan to some pasta...Yum!

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
This is a good recipe when you need a quick dinner idea! Lots of flavor! I don't really measure the salsa or taco seasoning...I just over the chicken breast with what looks like enough.

Delicious Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
I've made this a few times now and my fiance and I really love it! It's so simple and only needs a few ingredients! Do make sure you season the chicken first though, or it will be a little bland. I'll definitely continue making this dish!

Clayton's Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
I really enjoyed this dish! I did follow the recipe minus the onions and loved it! The cream soups make a nice gravy thats delicious with nice or potatoes! I think i also just slightly seasoned the pork chops with salt and pepper to give it a little more flavor! I'll be making this again!

Honey Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
I don't like bananas or poppy seeds, so i made this with just strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and could not believe how good it was! I don't like honey much, but the sauce was surprisingly light and didn't overpower the fruit at all. The sauce just brought out a hint of sweetness to the slightly bitter fruit! I loved this and will be making it over and over again! It's my new favorite way to eat fruit!

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
I loved this pasta! Cooking it in the broth gave the noodles soo much flavor! I added a little more lemon to the dish because I love it so much and also just cooked the chicken on the stove because it was quicker. I can't wait to make this again...i think i'll try either some asparagus or maybe broccoli mixed in to make the dish even better!

Garlic Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
These potatoes were soo good! I almost didn't want to eat the chicken i made along with it...haha, these potatoes could have easily been my meal. The only disappointing part was that the cooking time was way off...mine took an hr in the oven. Other than that, the potatoes had great flavor and i'll definitely be making them again!

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
Really enjoyed this recipe! I marinated 5 fairly thick bone-in porkchops for about 2 hrs then cooked them in the oven for 30 mins and they were great! I did take the recommendation of others and do 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup water to cut down on the salt...otherwise I'm pretty sure they would have been WAY too salty. The meat turned out nice and moist...i'll be making then again for sure!
