Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Yummy! I used mango instead of raspberries and no granulated sugar. It went over very well at a picnic.

Lemon Orzo Primavera
This recipe was a good start. I sautéed a small onion and diced mushrooms and added them when I added the zucchini. I also shredded a roasted chicken and cut up 2 tomatoes and added the them at the end. I CANNOT wait to make this again.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
Just like the famous restaurant! I wanted to use kale, but could only find collard greens, and they were fine, but I do agree a heartier green is best. I am so happy to hear it freezes well, because I love the ease of left-overs.
