Dutch Babies II
Just made these and they were an instant hit! I did make a few changes: used a dutch oven instead of a skillet (bit of a warning: the center takes longer to cook this way); I'd run out of butter, so I used vegetable oil to grease the pan; lined the bottom of the pan with two granny smith apples, thinly sliced and tossed with 1 tsp of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg (I subbed the nutmeg in the recipe with 1 tsp vanilla), and 1/8 cup of sugar, then poured the batter on top. It came out fluffy and beautiful on my first try, so I'm very impressed. Besides, my bf (who never eats breakfast) had two slices, right when he woke up! That alone makes this recipe worth it.

Maple Dill Carrots
With some minor changes, these were really good. I used baby carrots and only a tablespoon each of margarine and brown sugar, and I increased the dill. So good! My picky bf couldn't get enough of them.

Baked Salmon II
Disclaimer: I hate fish. I have never in my life liked fish. I've tried to make fish many times, and I still never like it. That said, I LOVED this. I followed the recommendations and doubled the garlic, reduced the olive oil to 2 tbs, reduced the salt in half (and that was even a bit much), and added a teaspoon of fresh dill. Marinated for an hour, then covered the casserole dish in foil and baked for 30 minutes. It came out perfectly flaky and not too soft, and so full of flavor. I ate a huge piece and was practically licking my plate! I'm not sure what made a fish-hater like me want to try this recipe, but I'm so, so glad I did. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
