Spanish Rice Bake

I thought this was great, how can you go wrong with a dish topped with cheese! The only change I made is I used salsa instead of chili sauce. I topped with dried onions and a flour tortilla on the side. I will definitely make this again.

Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

Absolutely the best pot roast I have ever made. I have been looking for a recipe with loads of flavor and I found it. I did add fresh garlic and cream of mushroom because I did not have mushrooms. Skipped the chicken broth and tomato paste. This will be a family tradition recipe!

Earthquake Cake II

I give the recipe three stars but the cake five stars. I should have read the reviews before using this particular recipe. I make this cake often and instead of looking for mine I went to allrecipes.com because it's faster. Well the flaw in this recipe is the baking time, it needs to bake more than thirty minutes. So I don't know what I am going to cut into tomorrow when I take it to work! It dropped after I took it out of the oven so I can tell its under baked.

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

One of the best pasta receipes I have prepared. I can't say anything bad about it. I had a lot of sauce left so I froze it and ate it again the following week. I did add a half can of cream of mushroom and mixed it with the milk. I also cut my chicken into bite size pieces. Can't wait to make it again for a group!

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Very tasty but I had to drain the liquid off twice while baking and I had to mix another quick batch of the sauce to coat the chicken a second time. It was worth it because it was delicious. I did add some brown sugar to the recipe which gave it a sweeter taste.
