Cabbage Rolls & Sauerkraut Perogies - my family are quick to complain if these aren't on the menu for every holiday! I have made these for every major holiday for the past 30 years and they have become a tradition for my family!

Cannot for the life of me make a 'soft' peanut butter cookie! I have tried many different recipes and without fail they become hard as soon as they are cooled - any ideas anyone?
